Blue Door on Baltimore is a property where every guest reservation is important and special to us. We value relaxation as an important attribute of your stay. Our Policies hopefully reflect this.
- A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Deposits are welcomed for up to half of the number of days planned for your stay (required for any stay over 7 days).
- We know travel plans can change. Please contact us at least (6) days prior to the arrival date if you must cancel your reservation.
- Cancellations less than (3) days prior to a scheduled arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of $75.
- Stays abbreviated to less than a required minimum may be charged for the nights stayed with a gift certificate given for the remaining time.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for special promotions.
We graciously request the following:
- All Blue Door on Baltimore rooms are nonsmoking. There is an outdoor designated area for smoking. A $250 cleaning recovery charge where smoking is found in the room.
- Sorry No Pets- we have a Cat on site. While she dearly loves to greet our visitors, when they grant their permission for her to visit our common areas, another animal on-site does not allow the innkeepers a good night’s rest. If you are traveling with a pet we do have arrangements with a local boarding facility, less than five minutes away.
- We do have some limited private parking availability on a first come-first serve basis. But as an Urban Inn, street parking may be required.
- We wish to allow our guests the most flexibility in their departure plans and minimize the chance of missed transportation or being late for an appointment, your entire scheduled stay will be billed upon arrival.
- Children are welcome but those less than 10 years of age may like the amenities of a larger facility.
